Some know, some do not! You have the “Join My List” button on your website. You have it as a link in your email signature. Or at least you should have. But do you have a “Join My List” link on your facebook fan page? If you don’t you should have!
Some time ago already, Constant Contact started offering an app that allows you to add a “Join My List” link to your business facebook fan page. It is simple to install. It lets you control what list is featured and add your logo and description to the page. So why don’t you have it on facebook as well?
Simply log in to your Constant Contact account (if you are not currently using Constant Contact for your email campaigns, click here), click the “Grow My Contact List” link under the Contacts tab at the right of your home screen.
Next click the “Install Facebook Application” and follow the instructions. You must be logged into your facebook account. Also note, the application is only functional with facebook fan pages. It will not work with personal pages or groups.
When you are done you will have a page that looks like this – of course with your information. It’s not the prettiest page in the world, but it does allow automatic integration to collect email addresses from those interested in your products or services seamlessly!
